Mermay 2019 #15 - Nurse

Today's drawing rolled & turned into something very special for me as I haven't thought of his character as a medically-interested person.

Markus Morena is an original character of mine, brother to Vivianne Morena and one of the guys with stronger presence in my stories.

I did a couple of different things today as I was feeling like challenging myself:

- drawing a male character
- Basing the image on 2 references, 1 color palette & using no tracing at all.
- Drawing a /even though sketchy/ background
- Combining the prompt word with word play: I made him a nurse but also based the tail on a Nurse Shark. /color-wise & shape-wise/
- Using a font that expresses the character's personality: Markus likes pink & is a very cheerful and gentle guy.
